Project managing is the pair of practices and processes intended for managing assignments. Projects are temporary activities with a specific start and end day, delivered by additional info a team and typically build a unique services or products. They can differ from simple to really complex, depending on the Cynefin framework: Simple – Easy-to-Do (SDD); Complicated – Difficult-to-Do; Complex ~ Really Complex (CRC). The project manager is a person with authority and responsibility through the Project Board to run the day-to-day operation of a task.
